Trajectory deviation from the guidance pin was minimal (0.3° proximodistal, 0.4° craniocaudal), and no technical errors occurred with the templated system. These findings suggest that templated guidance systems may substantially improve surgical accuracy and efficiency for surgeons new to TPLO procedures, potentially reducing complications and improving patient outcomes.
