This study evaluated the Wallace Sure Pro® catheter combined with negative pressure for transcervical uterine flushing in 20 Tuj breed sheep. The procedure demonstrated high technical efficacy with a 97.28% fluid recovery rate and successful cervical transit (66.18 seconds average). Blood samples collected at baseline, immediately post-procedure, and at 2, 4, and 6 hours post-procedure revealed transient inflammatory and oxidative stress responses.
