This prospective, multi-site, open-label extension study evaluated the long-term safety and effectiveness of allogeneic uterine-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (UMSCs) in 35 client-owned cats with refractory feline chronic gingivostomatitis (FCGS) that persisted despite extraction and medical management. Cats received two intravenous doses of 20 million UMSCs 14 days apart during the initial trial, with follow-up extending to Day 365.
