This retrospective, observational multicenter study evaluated the clinical, kinetic, and radiographic outcomes of 10-mm radial tibial plateau-leveling osteotomy (TPLO) in small-breed dogs with cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) disease. Conducted across two veterinary referral hospitals from August 2022 to May 2025, the study assessed outcomes at short-term (8–14 weeks) and long-term (≥6 months) postoperative intervals. Lameness scores demonstrated significant improvement from a mean of 3.2 ± 1.5 preoperatively to 0.1 ± 0.3 at long-term follow-up. Radiographic bone healing scores reached complete union in all cases by long-term evaluation. Kinetic gait analysis in a subset of patients confirmed improvements in peak vertical force, vertical impulse, and symmetry indices over time. Owner-assessed outcomes were excellent in 90% and good in 10% of stifles evaluated (n = 40). The overall complication rate was 6.0% (3/50 stifles), comprising 2 major and 1 minor complication, all of which resolved without long-term morbidity.
