This case series of 25 cats with feline plasma cell pododermatitis (PCP) and concurrent glomerular disease (2017-2025) demonstrates an important clinical association previously underrecognized. The prognosis was poor, with median survival of approximately one month following renal disease onset. These findings suggest that cats presenting with PCP warrant close monitoring for glomerular disease development, particularly in young males, and that urine SDS-PAGE should be considered a valuable diagnostic tool in this patient population.
