The findings suggest sotalol may be a viable oral alternative for treating hemodynamically stable ventricular arrhythmias, particularly when conventional treatments are unavailable, ineffective, or financially prohibitive. Further investigation is warranted to establish optimal dosing protocols and long-term efficacy.
