Critical findings included absence of thrombosis or CVC obstruction during follow-up. Three dogs survived to final follow-up; two died of unrelated causes. The results suggest N-butyl cyanoacrylate is a safe and effective adjunctive hemostatic method for controlling minor bleeding during CVC closure in dogs undergoing complex adrenal surgery with vascular involvement.
