The results demonstrate that a single prophylactic dose of CPMA provided complete protection against experimental CPV-2 disease. These findings support a label claim for prophylactic use of CPMA, particularly in high-risk scenarios such as outbreak situations or in naïve pups with uncertain vaccination history.
