While hyphema and fibrin clot formation occurred in all eyes and posterior synechia developed in all cases, these complications were successfully managed, including two eyes requiring intracameral tissue plasminogen activator injections. Photophobia was observed in three eyes. Follow-up ranged from 5-14 months, with vision retained in all cases and no apparent tumor regrowth. TCIP demonstrated utility in improving surgical visualization and achieving complete tumor removal while maintaining ocular function.
