Both medications increased iridocorneal angle and ciliary muscle thickness relative to controls, indicating potential effects on uveoscleral outflow. These findings suggest OMDI may offer superior IOP reduction in cats while avoiding undesirable pupillary effects associated with latanoprost, potentially through distinct mechanisms affecting aqueous humor drainage pathways.
