Maine Coon cats represented 71.8% of the cohort. Surgery was performed bilaterally in 19 cats and unilaterally in 20 cats, with a median follow-up of 287.5 days. The technique demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes with resolution of clinical signs and favorable eyelid conformation in all cases. Only minor complications occurred, including wound dehiscence from self-injury in two eyes. The combined approach effectively addresses both entropion correction and eyelid shortening while stabilizing the lateral canthus, representing a valuable surgical option for feline patients with these concurrent conditions.
